A stunning, heavy sandstone carved garden parasol base. Made by seventh generation stone carvers from Rajasthan, this is a very special piece which takes days to make and is part of India's craft heritage.
This stunning piece is inspired by the bases of Mughal columns in India, it has a classic lotus petal motif based around a hexagonal shape with carved embellishments.
This is a decorative and classical carved base for your parasol. It’s an ornamental and luxurious addition to any garden, patio, poolside or terrace and is the cherry on the cake to anchor one of our Octagonal Parasols.
It weighs around 60kg. Please do not use the parasols and bases in windy conditions.
Please note that the stone is natural and there may be variations – the hole may be up to 2cm larger than the parasol pole as it's hard to make an exact size by hand. Colours may vary due to the beauty of nature.

UK Mainland postage and packaging is at a standard rate with reputable couriers. Shipping for parasols and bases is sadly a higher price as couriers calculate cost according to whether size or weight is larger. We make no money on shipping and wish it was cheaper.
International shipping is with various carriers. Purchases will arrive boxed and well wrapped. Please retain packaging as we cannot accept returns or compensate for lost/ damaged orders without it.
